Questions
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site is built in your accounts, and at handoff you have the code, the hosting and the domain. You're never locked in.
What affects the final price?
Mostly the number of pages, how much content we write or create, and any integrations like booking or payments. You get a fixed quote after the discovery call, before any work begins.
Do you write the copy?
We polish the copy you have so it's clear and persuasive. If you'd like us to write it from scratch, add Full copywriting.
Can you use my existing domain?
Yes. We connect your current domain and move it over, usually with no downtime.
What happens after the first 30 days?
Your site keeps running on its own. For ongoing updates and monitoring, many clients add our Run plan, or we can quote changes as needed.
How does payment work?
A $500 reservation holds your project and comes off your final invoice. When you sign, a 20% deposit starts the work, and the balance is due when you approve the finished site, before launch.
